He built his career skating Oslo's architecture during a short annual window of good weather and was named Bright Tradeshow's European Rookie of the Year in 2013. Kleppan appeared in Nike SB Chronicles Vol. 3 (2015) alongside Eric Koston and Ishod Wair, was the first Norwegian skater invited to Street League Skateboarding in 2015, and is a member of the Norwegian National Skateboard Team. He now rides for WKND Skateboards.
