Tom Schaar is an American professional park and big air skateboarder from Malibu, California, born September 14, 1999. He began skating at four after watching his older brother. In March 2012 at age 12, he became the first skateboarder in history to land a 1080, three full rotations, on a mega ramp, and the following month won X Games Asia gold in Mini Mega, making him the youngest X Games gold medalist in history at that time. He is a five-time Vans Pool Party champion, the youngest Dew Tour champion, and was listed in Forbes' 2020 30 Under 30 Sports list. He won the silver medal in men's park at the 2024 Paris Olympics for Team USA. Tony Hawk surprised him with a Birdhouse pro model just before the Paris Games.
